What is a vCISO

The CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) is the executive responsible for information security within the organisation. They develop the security master plan, guarantee the availability, confidentiality and traceability of information, and align cybersecurity with business objectives.

For most SMEs and public entities, having a full-time internal CISO is not economically viable. The vCISO model delivers the same strategic capability on a part-time monthly basis: senior expertise, without the overhead of a full-time hire.

Who it's for

SMEs without a CISO

Organisations of 10–200 people that need security oversight but cannot justify a full-time CISO.

Regulated entities

Subject to ENS, NIS2 or DORA that need an accredited security officer to liaise with auditors and regulators.

Growing companies

Startups and scaling businesses that need to build their security function from scratch with expert guidance.
